# Public-yet-Private Summoning

A Battlemaster may “risk” adding the Champions that they intend to Summon with onto the Summoner’s Spellbook, which is a public marketplace. This can significantly reduce the Battlemaster’s fees as they will then be entitled to the Bloodgiver’s share of the Blood Fee.

The risk with this approach is that any other Battlemaster, if quick enough, can potentially Summon with the listed Bloodgiver Champion. The system works on a first come first served basis. So as a Battlemaster you gain the potential for a significant reduction in Blood Fees, but at the risk of someone else using your Champion for Summoning.
